In the case of newsletter subscription, your data will be retained in our mailing lists until you request deletion using the appropriate function within the email, alternatively, you can request deletion by sending an email to info@giovanardi.it.
Data Subject's Rights
You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the erasure (right to be forgotten), limitation, updating, rectification, portability, and opposition to the processing, as provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.
